Order Uniforms

The CAES student image and dress policy seeks to instill in each student a sense of order and respect for him or herself, other students, and faculty. “No education can be complete that does not teach right principles in regard to dress.” Education p. 246
Students must wear the appropriate uniform. CAES T-shirts may be worn on Fridays. Jeans can be worn on Fridays as a classroom fundraiser if the student pays $1.00 to the teacher.
For this dress code to be effective, it is mandatory that every student be dressed in the prescribed school attire every school day. An effective, enforced, dress code minimizes the amount of time spent on monitoring dress.
Uniforms
All: Lands’ End polo shirts, short or long-sleeved – Red, black, or white with CAES logo
Boys: Pants or shorts – School uniform chinos (Lands’ End or other store with similar style) – Black or khaki
Girls: Pants or shorts – School uniform chinos (Lands’ End or other store with similar style) – Black or khaki
Skirts or skorts – (Lands’ End or other store with similar style) – Black or khaki
Dresses or plaid skirts/jumper – Lands’ End only
All: Socks – Any sock or legging plain or patterned in school colors ONLY – Red, black, or white.
No-show ankle socks may have a different colored band.
Shoes – Any school-appropriate shoe (closed-toe and closed-heel)
Outerwear – Official school jackets – Lands’ End – or Cougar wear purchased through school fundraisers
Jewelry, fake nails, and other accessories that interfere with learning activities or pose a safety issue as NOT allowed.
