A Happy Mid-November to you Conejo Family! The holidays are just around the corner along with all the excitement, stress, and joy this time of year presents to us. The Bible verse of the day brought the holidays to my mind.

I have a friend who often remarks that God should let her win the lottery because she would use that money to help so many people. In reality, she doesn’t play the lottery, and she is one of the most generous people I know with what she has in life. Something I love and appreciate about her is her generosity with not just money but also time, words, and thoughtful acts. I know she prospers in the area of friends because of her generosity, she has many friends who would help her in a moment's notice partly because they know she would do the same for them.
