Because of the faithful support of our constituent churches, we offer affordable rates for an exemplary education. Members of our constituent Seventh-day Adventist churches pay subsidies to CAES. These subsidies allow us to discount their tuition rates. For those who are not members of an SDA church, there is an unsubsidized, but still affordable rate. School and other scholarship opportunities are available. (See below.)

Additional Fees:
New Student Registration: $465
Early Registration for Returning Students: $465 (if enrolled before April 28, 2023, non-refundable)
Registration for Returning Students: $565 (if enrolled after April 28, 2023, non-refundable)
Technology: $85 annually (all students)
Sports Team: $120 per sport
Robotics: $30 per semester
Drama: $25 annually
Other fees may apply, such as field trips, outdoor school, class trips, etc.
After School Care
Monday-Thursday: 3:30-6:00
Friday: 12:30-5:00
$5.72 per hour (The accumulated cost of care will be applied to school bill the following month.)
Before School Care
Students can be at school by 7:30. We provide FREE care from 7:30-8:00 am.
Hot Lunch
We serve hot lunch Monday-Thursday. Prices vary.
Scholarships
CAES offers scholarships. Please contact the office for details. Families can register online.

Tuition Rates and Payments
Several factors determine monthly tuition rates including grade level. Our tuition is broken down into 10 equal payments beginning in August and concluding in May.
Tuition payments are made online. Special arrangements must be made for any other type of payments.
Foreign Students
Students requesting an I-20 Student Visa are required to pay a full year's tuition (international student rate), registration, and any other fees prior to the first day of school.
