The Adventist Education system is the second largest private educational system in the world. It has a rich history, over 150 years, of promoting holistic growth in students of all ages. Recent studies and research have indicated that Adventist education is at the forefront in terms of achievement and student learning. One such study, Cognitive Genesis, found that students attending Adventist schools scored higher than other students in every subject tested through standardized testing. Conejo Adventist Elementary School also boasts impressive individual statistics based on achievement and success.
- First, over 85 percent of our graduating 8th graders go on to attend a four-year college or university after graduating high school, compared to the national average of 42 percent. This is a testament to the foundation built and academic curiousity fostered at Conejo Adventist Elementary School.
- Conejo students routinely score higher on standardized testing than the national average and score almost a full grade level higher than their actual grade level.
- Conejo’s 8th graders, on average, score over a full grade level higher than their actual grade level on the ITBS standardized test.
